The Accountability Framework is a complete framework for strategy implementation.

 

The Framework uses the input of your leadership team to build a unique Accountability Framework® for your organization.

 

We begin by defining your Vision, the centerpiece of the Framework, and surround it with the Five Success Factors needed to achieve that Vision. This Framework rests on a base of Values Based Behaviours expected to be demonstrated by everyone in the organization.

Action Plan

The Organization's Action Plan is a one page balanced framework for planning, communicating, measuring and tracking performance. For each Accountability Framework® Success Factor it defines outcomes, objectives and performance indicators across the organization.

Role Map

The Role Map® illustrates the contribution that people make toward achieving your Vision. It bridges the gap between a job description, which details functional tasks and responsibilities, and the Accountability Framework® Success Factors.

 

Role Mapping is a process for:

  • Defining how all roles within the organization contribute to each Success Factor
  • Aligning everyone's performance with the Vision and Mission of the organization
  • Helping everyone focus on the major accountabilities of their position
  • Affirming each employee's contribution to the organization
Organizational Score Card

The Organizational Scorecards is a simple reporting format that allows you to share key metrics with all stakeholders. The Scorecard provides a standardized, organization-wide performance measurement methodology balanced around the Accountability Framework® Success Factors.

Individual Contribution Assessment

The Individual Contribution Assessment is a complete and straightforward process for setting objectives and measuring the individual contribution of all team members. It measures success against objectives and alignment with desired behaviours. It is critical to integrating personal performance with Vision and Strategy.

 

The ICA is used as both a performance management and coaching tool as well as a personal development tool.
