It is KGI's policy to deliver to its customers fully, on budget, on time, and with complete customer satisfaction.  If, as a customer, you are not satisfied that KGI's work fulfills the requirements of our contract and meets your expectations, KGI will promptly undertake any reasonable additional work that may be required to do so, at no additional fee.  The only exclusions are for expenses and for extra work requested that is not within the scope of our contract.
